The New 2013 KIA Optima Hybrid gets a few small changes that
make major improvements and Jim Butler KIA in St. Louis couldn't be more
thrilled. The new upgrades improve fuel economy and drivability.
Under the hood is a new electric motor that gets seven more
horsepower than the old one. All improvements result in 36 mpg in the city and
39 mpg on the highway compared to 34/39. The increased mileage is due to an
improved battery cooling and updated software-management system.
With better mileage, more choices and more torque for just a
small price increase, who wouldn’t want to buy a new 2013 KIA Optima Hybrid?!
